i'm 23 yrs old .. i'm n philadelphia the fireworks r illegal .. if i go out of town to get fireworks i'm hearing i need 2 get wit state ID card if they see i'm from philadelphia i'm FUCKED NO fireworks .. i need somewhere wit no ID
