Canada: #9 at $1,052 billion.
Mexico: #12 at 750 billion ($100 billion or so sucked out of this country).
The smarter choice would be Japan: #2 at $4, 988 billion.
Germany # 3, is not half that.

I live in Texas and have watched many of the small towns here turn into turd world shitholes. The towns throughout the state look more like Juarez than like an American town, half the signs are in Spanish it sucks.
