Street-fighter series was made before King of Fighters. Rugal was the result when the people that made KOF decided to make the most evil boss ever in fighting game. Ryu is more of a Legend then Rugal will ever be. To simplify things, mugen devs. use moves that look alike to save time :) Ryu > Rugal... Is my favorite though. He will be insane :D

Well it is mugen =P Spam enough projectiles and you can beat about every character that isnt immortal or such. Most mugen characters try to punch projectiles, making it impossible to protect themselves against extended waves.

Ryu deserves no "God" in his name. I expected something a bit more original, it just looks like the creator took the Rugal data and put Ryu sprites into it.

Half of his moves don't even match the opponent's position. Not a bad fight though.
