You're very aware it's a big bike, but it's surprisingly competent considering it's street legal, I'm running DOT tires (and street pressure), and it's heavy. Considering I can ride it to the park, then keep a decent pace on the trails, it's a great compromise. I just need to work on the suspension a bit to handle jumps and whoops better.
The silt on Backbone was pretty bad. Still we managed to get through fine. I guess that says something about the 650L too -- made it up the trail okay.
