Well, you are right that we need fats to function properly; however, you neglected to mention that we need certain types of fats (i.e. monounsaturated, polyunsaturated). Also, people need to eliminate or severely limit their intake of Saturated and Trans Fats, as well as decreasing the amount of simple carbohydrates (sugars, etc.) and increasing their intake of Complex Carbs (i.e. multigrains, whole grains, etc.). But the exercise is right on, do more exercise and you feel better and look better
