ACEREALZ is right, stop asking about kobe unless its relevant ya tool, learn to respect other players who are in the NBA as well because of their talent and hard work. I'm surprised you can still can get any interviews.
i think its soo stupid how everyone picks on this one little chinese guy... saying hes not good enough to be in the nba... if he only he was black... if he was black then nobody would care what would happen
ESNEWS, I play basketball every other day. I'm simply 5'8 and I am able to dunk! I simply took this special jump training plan at (50 inch vertical [dot] com) - you can probably do it too
ESNEWS son, after I increased past 13 inches on my jump by finishing the training program at (50 inch vertical [dot] com), being dunked on is nothing I have to fret over about in basketball now, lol
I think Sun Yue will probably have to go through the D-League first. Just because he was waived, doesn't mean the Lakers can't pick him up on the D-fenders. He can still become a Laker once again.
What really doomed Sun not being picked up for another season was the fact that CHINA would not release him to play for the summer league.
Summer league was important for him to stay on the Lakers. Had the Lakers chose to keep him past August 1st, his contract would of been guaranteed for the remainder of the season.
The Knicks was simply a training camp invite. They've invited tons of players, including ex-Laker draft pick Joe Crawford. Nothing is guaranteed for Sun Yue.
whatever happened to the 10000 times more chances? Oh ya, that's right he got waived!
The Lakers requested to have Sun Yue play for their summer league team to evaluate his skills. CHINA did not allow Sun Yue to play for them, but they did allow YI JIANLIAn to report late. So again, summer league was very important not only for his chances but he would be playing against better competition.
Guess where Sun Yue is now? He's back with his ABA team cuz no NBA team wanted to sign him.
Joe Alexander was from China.. i fink... or at least he stayed there for a while.... i fink he attended International School of Beijing when he was in China...
Born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, Alexander moved to Silver Spring, Maryland, U.S., when he was two. When he was eight, his family relocated to China when his father got a job working for Nestlé.[2] Alexander lived for the next six years in China (in Hong Kong for six months, and then in Beijing) where he became nearly fluent in Mandarin. While Alexander lived in Hong Kong, he attended the Hong Kong International School in Tai Tam.
He's just like me. I was a bench player in 8th grade and now, I made the high school basketball team as a starting SG. I spent a lot of time in a gym too.
How did you practice? I want to make it to the team too. But I am not in eighth grade. How do you spell eighth? Anyways, I really need some tips on practicing.
yo make sure you get in shape, no one knows the exact skills because i go to a diffferent high school, but they're most likely gonna want to see you in shape, making ALL of your layups, opposite hand too, and depending on your position your ballhandling, post moves, jumpshot. add me as a friend and we can talk more on my page yo
lol elie why would u how did he make it to the highest level, when he sat out his 10th grade yr of bball? haha thats like asking how did you become a good 3 point shooter if you only took 3 a game
he is saying that eventhough he didnt play his 10th grade year he still fought back and played his junior year and so on and now he is in the NBA. Cant get any higher than that..
Sun Yue I believe would be at least a good player if he is given the time to develop his skills. He has great all around skills and is kinda like Lamar. He can rebound, pass, and play the point. At 6'9 thats a gift. Best of Luck to Sun and I do hope another team signs him.
Completely agree. He gets a lot of shit. But think about it, he played like 4 games. Didn't know the language very well, and he had to learn the triangle. Thats tough. There is a reason he played so well against team USA in the Olympics, and is the most popular asian player next to Yao Ming. He is good.

Well just go to a gym or a park, work on your jumpers and opposite hand layups. at home, work on your handles
