Joey is only fast, and he has like 4 other drummers to make him stay in time, i reckon without the back up drummers joey would be all over the place, moose never misses a cue and is dead on, chris is amazing as well, personally, I think the rev of Avenged sevenfold is one of the best sonisphere was a night mare choosing between BFMV and A7X was a night mare :( (though amongst BFMV fans A7X apparently aren't really held in high regard)

I've been playing drums for 13 years - and he is a fucking great drummer. but not the best. take into consideration drummers such as joey jordison, or even older drummers such as ronny tut (elvis's drummer) or buddie rich just to name a few. Each of these drummers are far better technically - but the BFMV drummer does his particular job perfectly. no need to knock him.
