Seoul could have the largest building in the world, had there not been one problem, North Korea. The ROK Air Force regulates the building height in Seoul. How do I know Korea could have the tallest building(s) in the world? The building in Dubai was designed and constructed by Samsung construction. Also, the Taipei 101 was jointly constructed by Samsung. Hyundai also has a formidable construction company. But, in order to compensate, Korea is striving to build a lot of the mega-tall buildings.

yeah.. it was built by south korea but the idea does'nt come from south korea.. contractor and architect are totally different case.. architect was the one that designed and contractors build it according to the plan.. so, i would like to say, that idea does not come from south korea... :)

well, president gave a rough idea.. just the shape.. a simple shape.. a circle and a square, and the architect designed according to those shapes... if president can design it, i think president will work as architect and not a president... cheers.. :D

As an American from NYC, I have read about how advanced the trains systems are in Tokyo & Seoul.

I am embarrased when i take the trains in NYC because they are so damn slow & dirty. I'm learning Korean right now and love Korean culture. As far as whites losing the world...that hasn't happened yet. It officialy happens when China stops buying US debt.

Just your opinion. Even though Seoul is very nice Hong Kong is more popular because it used to be controlled by Britain which is America's best friend. For that reason American media praise HK more than Seoul and the media is a very powerful travel tool in America. Also Hong Kong has been known as Asia's standout capitalist city for decades now so HK's past will attract more toursits.

I've been to Hong Kong and I've been to Seoul. I do agree Hong Kong is a very popular destination and probably much more known the Seoul. But Seoul honestly is much more beautiful than Hong Kong. It has to be, it's where everything in S. Korea is located.

It's also the second most valuable city in the world.

1. Moscow

2. Seoul

3. London.

4. Tokyo

I do agree Hong Kong is beautiful, but not like Seoul
