I have seen the video you provided a link to, and I do NOT see an undisputable "hit". The line of vision is completely blocked. You cannot even see her hand I believe she probably hit him, but he hardly even reacts to it.
I have a feeling that this is the way these two are used to communicating with each other. I don't agree with it, and would not put up with it myself, but there does not appear to be any injury. He does not appear to be threatened or in danger.

As for your comment that woman can beat men and there is nothing they can do about it - is this the world you want? Do you want your son beaten by his wife? Would you stand there and watch her do it? Would you encourage her? At what age does a child become a man old enough to be beaten - 12? 15?
