handheld, but I'm the only one who can use it, nobody elses arms are strong enough. I recommend the vest...

I appreciate this simplified demonstration. Some clips are so over-produced with super effects that you can't really tell the effect that the Glidecam has on the footage. Thanks for sharing this.
