I have a Mazda 3s grand tour loaded with the boss system 2008 model. My question is would it work with my boss system and can I control everything from my steering wheel. In other words would everything as far as my control and display work correctly. Dose it work with the new tom-tom gps with traffic. Sony has a gps in dash with tomtom but it has to many complaints. Please let me know.

This unit CAN WORK with your BOSE SYSTEM, just let us know when u make the payment. You will be able to control your steering wheel control also. Some customers got a Tomtom map but we dont offer this map with te purchase. IGO8 is a great map and we include it.

The reason it doesn't have the buit in mic is because there would to much interference sound in the car. If you have people talking or have the radio on, would cause problems. The actual mic that it comes with can be put on your collar while taking. The Aux does have video image when using videos from ipod. Where do you see small letters on the ipod screen?

Re the iPod Touch/iPhone - I assume you are referencing the $50 Apple cable to get their video out to the unit for using their TV out? I'll probably find you and shoot an email.

I've been researching for a few days and saw a screenshot somewhere of the iPod screen. Small text - big buttons :)

The rez is digital and that's a big difference compaired to analog.

La pantalla funciona para mazda entre 2003-2009. Los autos entre el 2003 y algunos del 2005 pierden el trip computer de la pantalla pequena. En este tu caso, perderias esa opcion si es que la tienes y tambien la hora y temperatura pero lo que es de la pantalla digital, si puedes usar todas las funciones que tiene.

There is no aftermarket unit that will allow the trip computer to work.

In some 2005 models to up you can get the clock, temperature, radio station, etc working.
