Hows it going I am still waiting for my supply's are you still doing good? I was wondering is their a good HCG cookbook that you would recommend? Is the diet hard to stick to in p3? Thanks again for your help.
does the scale have to be digital? also should i not take any of my vitamin supplements like acai berry, flax seed oils, acidophillus pills while on the hcg/vlcd? will they interfere?
I think digital is best, though if accurate traditional scales could be used.
Supps - depends on composition & effect - that is to say relative carb/fat/oil content might seem to preclude them from use, but the benefits and increase in metabolism/digestion could increase losses or at least not slow down losses.
Most people I work with don't use supps & all have lost 25 lbs or more in a month. Based on Simeons manuscript you should probably avoid them but those you listed might be ok.
I looked at those smaller scales when I was shopping around, but wasn't sure if I would be able to get everything onto that little tray! :) I ended up with a Weighmax digital with a bowl on top, which works very very well too. Thank you for the info!
