How To deal With Difficult People - The Bully

I dealt with my bully by scream my F**cking head off in a crowded restaurant. I am only 5ft tall and would have mashed someone's face in if they would have started on me. Just as I well calmed and and apologised for my outburst to all who where present. Problem is, if that would have happened in a work situation, I would have been sacked as a result of my response to severe psychological bullying. I was sacked in 2002 and subsequently had a nervous breakdown at the age of 32.

as a troll there is nothing you can do to stop us, many people have tried to stop me, 100% failure rate for the people who tried to stop me, as a troll I have over 10 different fake names, email adresses, and website accounts so that way if someone blocked me I could use another account

I am a doctor myself. How about this as a solution. Parenting classes that teach them self respect and respect for others and how to deal with their insecurities instead of attacking strangers. Have the parents attend (the enablers)that encourage this behavior.

I agree. A bully comes up to you and you should respond with a compliment. I don't think so. I carry pepper spray and a crocodile dundee sized knife with me. I am not saying you do this. This is what I do. I am a female about 5'0" in height and they see me as a prime target (they think I will not fight back). Unfortunately, the best way to handle a bully is to be a bigger bully or put the fear in them. willowmoonable it sounds like you get bullied. I am so sorry.

When you try to confront them,, they get really angry. When you stick up for yourself, and display your true power, they come against you in any way they can trying to sabotage your success, and not support you,button push. They will undermine you, bring up flaws, and even align themselves with people who are hurtful, and get them to turn on you without knowing the truth..

@willowmoonable our website was created for that purpose too :) Visit us, and create a profile for your bully (enter his name, post photo) and anonymously write whatever you want about him. Finally, enter his, and your friends/cooworkers email addresses etc. and all of them will automatically receive an email with link to the profile you just created.

It tells you that the way to cope with bullies is to just let them bully you and pretend it's not happening. Sorry, but I know from experience that denial and appeasement actually make the situation worse, not better!

How about we never have to watch these videos? Let's not tolerate any of this the BULLIES need to be out of work. This will not be tolerated anymore. I will not lose another job due to bullying by my male boss. I was the only one treated this way- a female vet.
