I personally think the entire series is a waste of paper but that's just me. You seem like an intelligent person and I really like this video. One thing I cannot forget about this book though is that their honeymoon island was on the WEST coast of brazil...

You obviously did not read this book. We all knew that there was something special about Bella from book one. Remember Edward Can't read her mind..? And at the end with the Volturi.. The whole reason they Came was to see if Bella had become a Vampire (which she did) and too kill Renesmee(sp). But they did not do that when ever they found out that Renesmee was not like other newborns. It wasn't a bad bood. It was a very good one. You obviously have no imagination.
@Plusquevie she only did the "choose which team" thing for publicity and more money, this story had a destiny based theme, she was destined to be with edward since the beginning. jacob was destined to imprint on renesmee and bella was destined to become the most powerful vampire to ever exist (Because of her pyschic shield)

That was what I was looking forward to most in that book and she crapped on my expectations. Why make it out to be this epic, once in a lifetime, blink and you miss it type battle...when nothing remotely epic even happened! Take away the vampires and "werewolves" and you have just another teen drama. The supernatural aspect was unnecessary especially from someone who knows nothing of it.

One of the reasons is this book...and like they said in that section: "STEPHENIE MEYER LOST HER SHIT!" when she wrote this book. Bella's specialness is so wasted when she is for most of the series utterly useless!
And you obviously have no literacy ability for not being able to see how Bella is an unlikable character who, not well written, hardly developed and is extremely shallow. Edward, likewise, is not a likable character either and comes off as understandably creepy and deranged, yet Bella seems to blindly love him despite everything he does and everything that happens around her. The books are bad, Meyer won't accept criticism, and the collective IQ here is now dumber for your statement.

Either way, you didn't have to use profanity to establish the fact you're bitter about a series you used to be in love with. Secondly, just because the book was strange doesn't make it horrible. 5. One last thing, when your trying to write a romance series, do not pair the two up instantly, it just makes the romance even more annoying, wait till the second or thirst story.

Im not a fan of Twilight at all, however in 11th grade I saw almost all the girls reading it and even guys, I heard the plot from a friend of mine saying it was about vampires, I was expecting bloodsuckers, not fairies, after reading through the book I vowed never to read any of the other books. I myself am writing a vampire story and like Twilight it is set in modern day, with real bloodsuckers

The reason she "wanted the reader to choose" and make these T-shirts is so that she would get free advertising for her books. The drama and possible violence that would result from people wearing these T-shirts and screaming at each other would only help attract attention to her books, possibly getting her books in the news due to the violence between these two factions. I can honestly say I feel the same way. I'm not a OMGTWILIGHT! Lover, but I'm not quite a hater, since I thought that the first three books were not 'amazing' or 'a work of a genius! But I thought they were a pleasant read, and that some characters were cool... but nothing major. I can say I've read tons of books a lot better than this ones.
Anyways, yes, Breaking Dawn was just a bunch of last minutes ideas thrown into a book, made to try and please the fans. I disliked it.

@purplebrickroad I haven't read it since Feb 18, 2009 after I finished the book for the first time. I was warned before reading the book many times that BD was bad, and I shrugged it off because I wanted to see it for myself. I'm getting sick just thinking I'll have to reread the saga for my vids because I'll be making a thematic breakdown of the books.
I got a response of "Twilight should not be laughed at" while the girl almost beat me with Twilight because I lold at a joke in the book.

I 110 percent agree with you! Oh and you left out the pointlesss-ness of Mike and Jesicca and all the other school mates. I don't know why they were dragged all through series books just to be like "we graduated.. piece out" on the forth... and never to make an impression in the book again. I'm a huge fan of the first three books and all the movies. I think Ms Meyers had too much pressure to make everyone happy and a deadline to fulfil and just handed us her rough draft I truly do.

I know it's been a while since you made this, but I just wanted to say, brilliant response. I, too, am a Twilight fan, and am honestly getting weirded out by all the fans that are so obsessed, that anyone who disliked Breaking Dawn is a 'wank' as NuttyMadam so eloquently put it. The reason she "wanted the reader to choose" and make these T-shirts is so that she would get free advertising for her books. The drama and possible violence that would result from people wearing these T-shirts and screaming at each other would only help attract attention to her books, possibly getting her books in the news due to the violence between these two factions. All in all, a selfish, totally cynical, manipulative intention by Stephenie Meyer.

THANK YOU! Personally I don't like Twilight at all for various reasons, but you summed up exactly how I felt about the last book (for the most part I don't like Edward or Bella). But in any case, you are correct. It was just... bleh and people are getting a wee bitty too obsessed about it. It's like trying to argue with the Kingdom Hearts fandom concerning SoraxRiku; like that pairing, Twilight is becoming a religion for some people.

I can honestly say I feel the same way. I'm not a OMGTWILIGHT! Lover, but I'm not quite a hater, since I thought that the first three books were not 'amazing' or 'a work of a genius! But I thought they were a pleasant read, and that some characters were cool... but nothing major. I can say I've read tons of books a lot better than this ones.
Anyways, yes, Breaking Dawn was just a bunch of last minutes ideas thrown into a book, made to try and please the fans. I disliked it.

Since you are clearly not Nuttymadame and responded in a clear calm manner, I will afford you the respect you deserve. I do not like Twilight. I never have. Meyers skills as a writer may have improved over the course of the book but it is honestly not hard to improve on garbage. Edward is too perfect for words, Bella is weak, The Volturi is a plot thread that goes nowehere, Jacob is a decent character if not for the pedophilia, and Meyer is still a hack. Also I go for team White Van.
