Wow, this totally takes me back. I was in Stix from Sept 81 - June 82. I think this video was after my time, because we marched in helmets and not berets. I was actually Stix Sgt. my last 3-4 months. I remember an Airman who took a TON of Mardi Gras pictures and offered them for sale. I paid for mine, but never received them after I left Keesler. @murphdrums I was a trumpet player with the D&B Corps in 1982, and went to the Mardi Gras Parade in New Orleans, the Endymion parade. And yes, we wore the white helmets, not the berets. I'd love to see a film or even still photos of the Corps for that time period. Very fond memories, thanks for sharing the video with us.
