You should read the history of Turks, you will see that most people are mix of Turkic, East-European, Caucasian, Anatolian. In 1920 50% of the Turkish population was an immigrant from the Balkan and Caucasus. This is also confimed by gene analyses where only 15-20% is Turkic, rest is East-European/Caucasian/Anatolian etc. You can see that also in the appearances of Turks.
