Ron Paul in the White House is only a small step. Even as president, one man can only do so much. At least he has the podium and can expouse his ideas in weekly addresses to the nation. But, the real power is in the hands of the common citizen, if we can use it. That's the point.
remember to register REPUB so you can vote Ron PAul in the primary ( where it counts !) in EVERY state ! In many states , you will be shut out of a primary vote for Ron Paul if you are unenrolled, independent , no party selected so change that affiliation to REPUB ASAP!

I watched fox news the other day which I happen to like.One of the commentators made a comment that the pork in the new tax bill was just a small amount of the tax bill.I thought to myself this is the type of thinking that got us trillions of dollars in debt.Both sides Democrats and Republicans for the most part have lost what the government was meant to be.If you look through out history every government that has stretched its hand out to far has failed.Have we not learned from our past ?
$55 Billion in Earmarks and Pork in the latest tax bill.They spit in our face think of this if you make $40,000 a yr. for 50 yrs. you would have made 2 million dollars for a life time of work. It would take twenty-seven thousand five hundred people to make $55 billion in a life time of work.I did not even include the taxes on the $40,000 a yr. what is wrong with us .You sheep wake up we can not continue down this path. Ron Paul is not the first man to want to eliminate the IRS or the Federal Reserve. Read the FairTax, its been around actually for quite a long time, well before ROn Paul even attempted to run for President.

Cryer convinced jurors that he genuinely believed he was not liable for the $73,000 in taxes the government said he owed for tax years 2000 and 2001. Absent proof of criminal intent, the jury acquitted him.

Paul is not the first to call for ending the IRS. This is obviously the path to making it "necessary" for the government to track every transaction. For example... How do I not get taxed on money I've already paid income taxes on? Anyone who can't see that one coming is blind. I am trying to tell you what taxes specifically fund the federal government, but the income tax does not fund the federal government. The income tax pays rich people that own the federal reserve which is actually not part of the government at all! I was just saying that they should be watch so that they don't find some other way to collect their undeserved interest!

How taxes are collected has nothing to do with doing away with the Federal Reserve. He's baiting people with one thing to get the other thing the establishment's been wanting for awhile. Tracking all transactions and a cheat proof tax collection system. Funny how this is being pushed (by a "revolutionary") as soon as the technology for tracking all transactions has been tested, perfected and is already being put in place.

I'm telling you that they can't get rid of the Federal Reserve. A new currency would have to be based on some kind of wealth. We are WAY in debt. But, somebody will change the tax system and now more people will accept it. That's why people have been able to buy gas scanning their driver's license and all your personal info comes up when your driver's licence is scanned at certain stores. It's already in the works.
The currency we have now is not based on some kink of wealth! Its value is determine by the amout of money that is in circulation, that why we have inflation and the value of a dollar is not consistent! That and the private owners of the FED abused the fact that they can regulate its value.
If the IRS doesn't get rid of soon, it's simple... I just go bankrupt and default on tons of creditors. Which would you rather have? Give to the greedy IRS which does absolutely nothing for us or me continue to pay to help our economy? It's your call. Paul is not the first to call for ending the IRS. This is obviously the path to making it "necessary" for the government to track every transaction. For example... How do I not get taxed on money I've already paid income taxes on? Anyone who can't see that one coming is blind. I'm telling you that they can't get rid of the Federal Reserve. A new currency would have to be based on some kind of wealth. We are WAY in debt. But, somebody will change the tax system and now more people will accept it. you call this person stupid, but never explain why his stance is stupid. Meaning you're not smarter than the other person. I don't agree with Ron Paul.. but that's because it's very hard to take out an amendment... considering the president isn't apart of the process..
Ron Paul forgot to mention that the maker of this country intented for laws to go through a very 'slow' process... and this guy is aiming to get rid of a law that was established since 1913..

Getting rid of IRS seems to be a simple solution, but the problem is more complex than this. IRS provide money.. which help runs our country.. going back to the early 80 left major problems in out society.. So going back and taking out IRS, would more than likely cause more problems.

nd have goals that make sense, not just sound good. Look what all the democrats, n' Nancy Polosi promissed she'd do when the dems took control of congress. How much of that actually got done? Nada! But it got them elected. All talk and no results. Hillary would beat Ron Paul hands down.

THe IRS does more than just Income Tax.
Suggesting we get rid of the whole agency is a childish statement, made only to get votes.
We need the IRS to follow the law, and stop the extorsion.
Then we need the congress to stop the entitlements and pork spending, and we'd doo just fine.

Most people only know the IRS for income taxes, and Ron Paul knows we are only talking about income taxes, that is why he keeps saying to repeal the 16th amendment. In case you did not know there is no law that says you have to pay taxes. The whole thing is out there to search on, do a search on You Tube "No Law To Pay Tax" Part 1-11

Why repeal the 16th, as the Supreme Court says, "It contains no new powers".
Everyone is chasing crap details, piecemeal, etc.
ALL of the law is accurate and correct. So few have learned it thoroughly. I have over 20 years of study and experience on this issue.
Just get the IRS basturds to follow the law and stop the freakin' extorsion games.
Simple.
Anyone that chases this other crap, or wants to get rid of the whole agency is IGNORANT!
And that includes Ron Paul.

Alright, can u show me where in the constitution the IRS is mentioned as a government agency and that it can collect all the taxes they want from us, i mean i understand that the money we pay the teachers and city workers has to come from somewhere, but why do we have to pay so much?

ghost: You don't understand how our government works. There isn't enough space here to explain. The IRS is not a government agency.
All money is debt, and the intrest is paid by collections from the IRS.
The money paid for the "income tax" does not go for any government services.
ALl your stuff comes from other taxes, like roads come from gasolene taxes, and schools come from property taxes and lotteries.

Of course we need the IRS; for all of the other taxes they need to collect, by the way our taxes only pay the interest the gov borrows from the federal reserve, nothing else. And the only reason the Americans pay these unlawful taxes is because they don't want the distraction in their lives of fighting a system everyone unlawfully pays into. Also they are supposed to provide a financial filing to you of what they spend the money on, that is law, but they don't!!
