  • You were leaning a bit far forward during some instances. Remember you should be able to draw a straight, vertical line through your shoulders, hips, and heels. You also let him drag you around a lot. Sitting back would help so you weren't hanging on the bit the entire time.

  • y would u sell him?!?! u and him make a great team!

  • Who is riding Falcon in this?

  • @ilovestarandscout hiya sorry but i have to stick up for the MoMoMare thats horse was brilliant all the way round i dont think it was her fault though just he got overly full of him self he did stop easily though! my horse is like a dontkey but when he gets fiesty he has a go sometimes and she didnt say she was selling the horse to you did she? why be arsey?

  • You look amazing jumping!!!! What barn are you at?

  • wow you are a great rider what farm do you ride at?

  • @hrslver12345 I had the same question it looks very familiar!

  • that was so funy when he farted i fell out of my chair laughing

  • sweet.....yur awesome

  • I think you did great! Well sat! I have NO IDEA what oliveheadface is on about but whatever. As for the other people leaving you comments on what you should be doing, ignore them! You are paying your instructor to teach you, not the youtube viewers. :D

  • he looks nice. i kno that every horse has its off days because my horse is really good and she bucked me off within the first year lol. she's a really nice mover and a good jumper!

  • ilovestarandscout this horse would be a very good horse to buy if u like jumpers he has a very gold form when he jumps and everthing im sure every horse u have seen bucks ocasionally so i would stop with the bad comments and relize this is a very good horse and the new owners are probably very happy with their new horse.

  • Great Jumping, the horse is beautiful :D xxx

  • That horse ripped ass when he bucked hahahaha

  • hes gorgeous. Every horse has little bucks and fusses... it usually means that there having fun. Im glad he sold. Hes an excellent jumper.. he has a beautiful stride. :)

  • Holy sh*t SLOW HIM DOWN! Dont let him drag you around like that!!! Take control of your horse!!! Sit in 3 POINT position! Sit on your seat bones!!

  • Okay, Really, That horse is gorgeous and if he was not sold i would beg my mom for him! For all you people that hate him because you think he was TRYING to buck her off, Get a life! Read what she said on the comments and what happened, then write! MoMoMare, You did great!

  • She is one of the best riders ive ever seen!! I love u sammy!!!!! So stop telling her what she is doing wrong!! U try doing that!

  • You did a great job and i have no place to talk but he was way to fast and you looked sloppy when u were turning (constructive critisism) =)

  • It's not weird that he is protesting when you are steering him right against the wall! And how can anyone tell that he is a good jumper, the fences are like 20 cm and he isn't using his back!!!

  • is this at center line farm????????

  • I love ur horse!!! u r a very talented rider! don't yell at me if I spelled that wrong

  • Nice job!!

  • Watch leaning into the corners. It is knocking your horse off balance. Cute horse. Love your confidence.

  • Do you honestly think anybody cares? Stop being a bitch. Shes doing great.

  • ur really good:)

  • wow, nice staying and controling him with the bucks! keep up the good work with him, you guys look great!

  • did the horse Fart at 1:01 ?

  • ya it did! lol!

  • wow you handle him really well! You ride amazing too

  • is that your horse for sale ???? he is a very good jumper and so are you keep up the good work how many shows have you been to (jumping)

  • are you talking to momomare?

  • Good job, just make sure you keep him steady around your corners! Nice course though! You got all your lead changes! :)

  • where do you ride?

  • Great horse hes cool and a buck like tht usaully happens when there are other horses or poies in the ring because then the horse thinks its time to play!great ride

  • and I want to say that when horse bucks like this after jump, it may show that the horse is thrilled himself about jumping and simply expresses this mood. As I have understood, they want to play too in addition to work...

But actually I think that the owner and rider understand the nature of this bucking more than any viewer. Anyway, have a great day :)

  • looks like a really calm, cooperative, good and willing horse. Pleasure to watch. Wish You the best! And good rides in the new year!

  • o and any horse can get like that on occasion. And he didnt bolt....when I started getting off balance he actually stopped himself I didnt ask him to.

  • It is on VERY rare occasion that he bucks... It was my fault that I did not work him enough the few days before this lesson. He is actually one of the most mellow TBs I know, and he's not spooky at all.

  • LOL yeah well he sold anyways! For quite a pretty penny too. So :P

  • betaatridinTHENU what do you push your elbows?

wtf no ones a chicken if they do that. they push them forward they can give the reins to the horse because the horses head is going forward. and if you keep them still the horse may think stop.

but anyway rider that was really good, your a good jumper. but i agree with some of the other comments, maybe so down around the corners and lean back a bit more

  • sit up a bit more in the canter then u will probs find u hav a better control over the 3 strides before the jump nd if u were gonna change the canter lead u would really need to sit up! but well done!

  • that was good but i think that you should stedy the canter around the cornersand you should sit up and wait for the jump also have energy but dont go fast try not to jump so holow another thing you need to do is smack your horse on the but with your crop when it runs past a jump of buckes and dont give up on geting your horse to jump as easily as you did

  • relli gd, u have gr8 controll over yr horse!

  • its funny how you have NO videos of YOU riding. =p

  • ahah and i guess u are a better rider then anyone here, seeing so many videos of u riding,id like to comment...u must be a pro.bye

  • wow 58,000 veiws and 212 comments (this being 213 lol). AWESOME! Awesome riding too! I remember this day and course lol! It was the GPEC schooling show, but i only did the 1'9'' that time hehhehe

  • wanna know something funny, i have worn/ used everything in this video!!!

  • falcon was a bad boy there for s sec....good job staying on!!

  • your an amazing rider but your pushign a ton with your upper body try to absorb it in your waist but really good!!

  • I'd like to be able to ride a horse, a day...

  • u r an amazing rider. i luv the horses here. i ride here currently and i pretty much am the only 1 who can go around Cisco. he's a skool horse and he started throwing ppl off. i havent been allowed 2 ride him yet tho. yes, its sad tht jack left. he was an amazing instructor. I LUV ASHLEY!!!! she is so good and has a good sense of humor! i ride twice a week and im jumping!!! fun times; fun times!

  • you an amazing rider your horse iss so pretty

  • ahh. ralph left and so did his daughter. uhm obviousily jack left. and Victoria is the owner......haha yeah. and yeah ever since jack left the barn is all quiet and like it feels like i don't know anyone and ALL of the helpers left accept for 2. ahha sooo yeah

    <3 ur amazing!!

  • heyy i ride at ellingson. well i just stoped cuz i'm going to camelot. but does anyone remember jack (the teachers) last name? he's the one who pokes his head around the corner..? lol if u do let me know that'd be great!

  • its Jack ingum or something like that. i used to ride there too. i was one of the helpers on fridays. I miss the horses and some of the people. the place im at now is amazing and i dont think i would trade it for anything

  • where do you ride now? cuz im leaving ellingson and looking for somewhere else to ride. (=

  • hahahaha he is beautiful but i cracked up when he farted. TURBO POWERRRRRRRRRRRR

    hahahahaha

  • nice riding i lovejump i do it in my lessons to it is soi much fun!!

  • did you ride western at one point because you lean when you turn

  • Great job!!!!!!!! Is ur horse still 4 sale?

  • lol! is that a gassy horse??? lol he farted when her bucked. lol. nice riding! I tthink it's really good!!!!

  • he farted when he bucked. lol

  • i love cantering its like the best thing evr

  • i love it 2! its so much fun! (i call it loping cuz i ride western!) lol, same thing though! ^_^

  • fantastic job! one thing...lean back more. shoulders up will keep you from toppling over, and it hels your balance, PLUS...your horse (what a stud) probably wouldnt have bucked if you werent riding up his neck. although i do that a lot, trying to keep myself on. it does help though! not trying to be mean, because you are a good rider

  • u are a strong, experienced rider. The only advice i would give you is to sit back for like a split second more and wait for your horse to leave the ground before you go into 2point, but i know thats sometimes hard if your horse gets an akward spot to a fence, but all and all, excellent!!! What barn is this??? I've seen a few vids at this barn and none say where.

  • balance up through your turns, it looks like the horse is going to fall over.

  • you look awesome!! good grip when u almost fell off. the horse was probably really excited after that jumped and needed to let off some steam. he didnt look mean for sure.

  • hi im making a video and was wondering if i could use some clips off of your video u willl be fully credited at the end???

    xxxxxxxxx

  • sure :)

  • ha ha i loved the buck/ pigroot / random kick out of the legs:) I dont recon you made him at all and personally i think that whoever said you made him has no idea what their talking about:) only thing i would say is give him a big wack if he bucks!!! your holding a crop woman use it. lol unless your horse is like mine and will buck again if you slap him and then you end up having a huge buck slapping fight 0.o... i mean what i never hit my horse.. *looks around at everyones shocked faces* lmao:)

  • whoa,

that was a really good hold.

you jumped all of those nicley.

    great work :D

  • ur really good! nice jumps! im working on my jumps.. they are really fun! im also working on my galloping but im usually doing jumps. i galloped like 3 times.

  • ur really gd

im planning to b lyk that

  • that looks like my friends horse lola :)

  • good job jumping and ya jumping is easy when your used to it and trust is imporatnt if you really trust your horse jump with your hands on your head i did it before and this horse honestly hated me so she stopped and i flew over the jump it was awesome and very painful!!!! lol =)

  • bend your horse a little but good riding

  • wow your going a bit fast, aren't ya?

    easy on the turns...

    but cute horse !

  • yay!! ellingson!! i ride there 2!!!

i think i've met u b4 at shala when u broke ur arm! lol <3 kk byee!

  • He looks fast but you keep very good control of him. You are a very good jumpler and he is very pretty. =-)

  • Noice!! It looks like you are doing h/j but I think you two could do well on a jumper course.

  • nice save ur good!! 2 point alittle longer and bend but anyway u rock!!!!!!!!

  • i really wish i could learn how to jump! is it hard?

  • Its not hard. It just looks hard, and you have to get used to the rthym of it. And you need to trust your horse.

I think I spelt 'rthym' wrong, but nevermind!

  • lol rhythm.*

    <3 :]

  • its's hard at first but once u learn how to do it, it gets so easy and u just want to jump everything

  • lol yeah, its gets easier casue the jumps seems to go by so fast. If u get wat im saying? lol

  • hey i ride saddleseat too !!

    :]

jumping looks fun to me !

    i might switch.

    :]

  • Do you do barrels or Poles???

I know I have always wanted to jump but our horses are breed for roping, barels, ect.

  • you're pretty good! you need to stay in your two-point a little longer on the backside of the jump, and give a little more release. also go deeper in your corners. nice save on the buck. keep doing what you're doing with our advice!

  • You are a very pretty rider, and you handled that buck very well!

  • ur a good rider hun ..x

  • nice job!! i am definatly not that good i would have flew off the horse on that big buck lolll

  • Nice rise, but she isnt international level yet that would take a bit,but still the buck was her fault not the horses.... good ride though

  • nice job hanging on the buck! Good rider by the way!

  • I know you people probably think it will never happen but i think this girl can go to nationals once she can jump the 5 or 6 feet jumps! She is an exellent rider!!!!!!!!

  • no for her level of jumps she is going the perfect speed and u did super good!

  • u r so good!!! i`ll never be able to ride as good as that.

  • i think it was a bit fast for the size of the jumps and the small area so slow it down and sit up more nice horse

  • looks good to me. :)

  • yeah it looks fine to me lol :)

  • u r soooooooooo... good. u are so awsome, and i wish i could ride like that.

  • Nice:P job i wish i could ride that well:)

  • wow like it!!! ur a fab rider and u can jump really nice anyway whoever says that u cant ride are so wrong. Btw im on my sisters acount

  • Guys, her speed is totally normal. U people who say it's not are probably riders who can't even canter!!! Hey horse has a big stride, and she needs to do sharp turns. Sorry yall but once you get into serious riding, that's how it works. buck up...

  • I think it looks faster than it is because the horse is big and has a big stride, and you cant be perfect every time i mean there are tons of things you have to remember while on a horse.

  • everyone's saying you're going way too fast, but i think your speed is fine. and if you want to go a little faster, then go ahead! riding isn't about being picture perfect it's about having fun. the horse didnt buck because of your speed anyway ;)

  • nicely done sit up a bit more and slow it down sum but u looked Great!!

  • good job you did pretty well loved your form u were way better than that crap if you look up silloet boot riding or somthing like that good job

  • Sorry but you did alot of stuff wrong to deserve that buck. You came at the jumps to fast and there were tomany sharp turns. so improve on your pace and spread the jumps out some and youll do great:)

  • ok i disagree with u on all this bc she could have made her course look alot nicer if she slowed it down but she wasnt guning it either and as for there where to many sharp turns that was a straight up hunter course and turns and roll backs have nothing to do with why the horse bucked i can tell you dont ride in any EQ. classes and jumpers bc those arent even close to being called tight turns as for the rider she isnt the best out there but she is far from bad and who is to say someone is better

  • Haha the first time my horse bucked, I didn't even realize he did it until everyone in my lesson was like "OMG HE JUST BUCKED!"

  • I think it's all been said, you look pretty good but you need to sit up and resist the urge to curl forward - Easier said than done, eh?!

Nicely sat to the buck, and well done for just carrying on :)

  • fruit loop..

  • cute video:)

  • you're a good rider and that was a nice round. If you sat up a bit more, and got some more impulsion instead of speed it would feel more balanced and you'd be less likely to get thrown forward in the buck.

  • You look ok but...When you're about to turn the corner you LEAN with you shoulders, you shouldnt do that, one day your horse will spook or spin or do something in the other direction and you wont go with him...if you know what i mean.Dont anticipate the jump too much and really try to stay centered over your horse.

  • i agree, when you turn lift your shoulders up and towards the inside. When you do that the horse picks his inside up also so he doesnt lean in too much and loose his balance...excellent round otherwise and u have a gorgeous horsee

  • wow i think this rider is rly gud but a lil' too fast! and u tend to lean forward a bit!!

but who am i to judge?!! ur rly gud tho!! keep up the gud work!=]

  • yeah ok u r going a little fast but nobadys perfect, but thats y we have time so we can always keep practicing! :)

  • Maybe try to slow down a little! Sit up straight because you lean forward pretty much all the time which can lead to a very bad habit. I know you have to in the canter and get in jumping position but you also need to work on sitting the canter just a little more. Other then that you are looking great! Keep it up!

  • right, ye seem good enought to ask you this, I have a Status benefit CC saddle, right its comfy its great, I ride with it for regular schooling and people keep telling me that it's not the right saddle for it, whats your opinion (anybody help) i think its just fine

  • try and watch his shoulder as you're turning, he seems to be dropping it a bit. Also try to slow down a little while turning, this would help him not drop his shoulder.

  • like everyone said... great rider but ur 2 fast control ur horse and set him up right, then u wont chip as often.

  • I know u've read this 1000 times, but yes I agree you need to slow down, really think about using your corners, its not all about the jumps, this will help to slow you down. You look great!

  • In showjumping its best to get a powerful canter but power dosen't mean you have to go fast try collecting up in a short bouncy stride and you'll find the horse jumps a lot nicer. but well done ure good and the horse is lovely!

  • if you wouls slow down, he wouldnt start bucking... also you are not sitting him well in the corners and maybe leaning a bit to much forwards, this encourages him to go faster. but you are an excellent rider and a good horse!

  • yea i would deff slow down and sit up more to make him slow...good job tho

  • slow down, Good golly girl. You are not in a race. You are show jumping.

  • She is'nt going that fast her horse has a huge stride he just covers more ground

  • slow down and sit your horse up around the corners. he is dropping his shoulder

  • Your an awesome rider, i love jumping too, but you should definatley SLOW DOWN!!!!

  • yeah, your an excellent jumper, i love jumping myself! but, try to slow down, thats y he bucked as Thunder4Bree said.

  • watch my videoo

  • yeah i agree. i think you were going to fast... thats why he bucked. my horse bucks every time i ask for a canter, because shes got alot of build up energy and she gets excited.

    but your horse is pretty.

  • ur a good rider!!

  • It was funny when it farted:P But you were cantering way to fast! Maybe it was the horses way of saying SLOW DOWN!!

  • lol, i fell off my retarded old horse after a jump and almost goit a black eye and i'm soo sour

  • You are a great jumper...ur horse is super fast!!!and pretty!!!!

  • i fink yah did well stayin on lmao my horse is the biggest plod eva but still managez to ave meh off now and again like the ova week wen i broke meh bk in 3 placez haha well am on da mend gurd ridin by the way x

  • ya i take lessons but i ride one of my own horses and they dont buck but i take 2 lessons a week and sometimes i have to ride this school horse that bucks and rears all the time : P

  • OMG!!!!!! I ride there too!! Your jumping really well too!

  • Lol The Horse Farted When It Bucked !! Lol !! Silly Billy =P Lovely Horse x Its Bay Right?

  • heyy..ii horseback ride too...was that in babylon, Ny ??

  • HAHAHA...if you turn up the volume right before 1:02 the horse farts and its the funniest sound ever...lol

    good riding btw!! LOL!! =D

  • that is a pretty fast canter...

  • that is was I was thinking...

  • sorry, but did he just fart at the buck?

  • lol i think so

  • I think the next step is Grand Prix

  • Well Done to stay on, must say tho i think the horse cud jump a little higher

  • Great job jumping!!

&& well done for stayin on ,, but my riding instructor always tells me

if a horse bucks keep it goin ,,dont let it stop

    =]

  • I think she stopped because she almost fell off and was really unbalanced

  • SOOOOOOOOOOO CUTE!!!!!!!

  • really great team! plus you two have a very good pace and the movement is dead on

  • nice ride, you and your horse seem to work really well together! and well done on stying on when he was bucking :)

  • You seem to be an awesome rider and you and your horse really look good together =D keep up the good work:):):)xoxx

  • Wonderfully done well done for staying put. How many horses do you own and ride now. If i may ask.

  • I just want to let you all know that no, my horse isn't green, and neither am I really...just because the fences in this video are low does not mean that we have not jumped bigger before. Thanks to everyone who says we "could easily go bigger"...cuz we do! lol. I usually show at 3'0 or 3'3 but have jumped closer to 3'6 at home...just not in this vid.

  • holy crap i've only jumped 2'6'' hehe that was on a green horse though... could prolly get higher on the horse i ride now =] pretty horse to! looks like you to love jumping!

  • Someone light a match!

  • Nice job!! You stayed on pretty good too! You have great positioning and a great horse! You could easily go higher!!!

  • yr a great rider, you did well to stay on!

  • OMG! i can't believe you stayed on. im pretty sure he bucked because you were leaning :/ try not to!! But amazingggg job!!
