Carlos, I realize I need to change more, but that is vage- I used to be in your group in the former company, now in Janice's but I am frustrated- even though I have a few great people on my team- I just need to know what it is that I can do to increase my skills--I have read so many self improvement books and still do-- but I need some insight from you that is--like-- how to do ( X ) skill--here is one thing you do to start videoing, or prospecting in your local area---something concrete.
You have been and continue to be an inspiration Carlos! I love your honesty. The best is yet to come. BAM! Did that make sense about the 4 years in Miami. As you know I'm right at 4 years NC and everything is falling into place now ........ :-)
