free runing is the translation of parkour which parkour is in french.... to me the best 1 in the video is the cat!

@howlow9 no parkour and free running are different sports.parkour is the fastest way from a to b and free running is about creating new movements and is much more artistic but most people dont understand :)

free running is parkour with flips and tricks to make it look more aesthetically pleasing...

Pretty much what NairbXfilms said, but you should not do drops before you have been training for some years actually.. This is because your body is not used to heighths and you should do a lot of strength exercises to build up muscle and strenthen joints. There is a common rule that whenever you jump of something higher then yourself you roll. And its really important to learn to roll properly.

is a "drop" a jump? If so then you should practice about 2m drops and roll after, but first master the roll. Make sure your not rolling on your spin, but from shoulder to the opposite hip. Also look up vaults and find a couple that you like and master those. You dont need to learn every vault to be good

ok, but which vault is easy in use, and my roll, i roll from shoulder to hip and roll straigt, but when i roll ill end up in a position of 45degs from 0 degs, that makes that i cant continue runnin'. how can i solve that??

youve got to take it at steps. and u have to be coordinated. go to ur local playground and jump around the lowest things and workd your way up to the highest things. but you have to know when to roll when things are too high
