@clintdejong If you liked death note, you'll love Monster, by naoki urasawa. it's a 76 episode anime, so be warned, it's long. you might also like Hellsing, Neon Genesis Evangelion, and ghost in the shell. if you've already seen these, then watch boku no pico.
