Beautiful scene...I find it interesting that Lana is sure she is holding Clark back (which is true) and in contrast, Lois is sure that she can help out the Blur with his quest of protecting the world. The thing is Lana left such a scar on him that he doesn't know that there is another type of relationship where each partner gives strenght to the other. In Clarks words to Lois: "You can lean on me for strength. I know I'm stronger when you're around." Go Clois!

Im going to hate to see this great show end as Season 8 is suppose to be last season. Plus show with out Lex in it as well just sucks. All the characters in this show that made it so great are gone now except for Clark and Chloe hated seeing everyone go. I was ok with Pete leaving and we all new eventually Jonathen and even Lionel would have to leave show but Martha makes no sense neither does Lex and hated seeing Lana leave. Will truly miss this show when its all done

next season. season 8 needs to be the last. with Kirsten and Michael leaving the show. I don't see this show lasting much longer. I mean season 5 was GREAT! and season 6 had several up and down episodes but season 7 should have been the end. however because of the strike they had to shorten the season and I can't blame the producers for not wanting to end the show like that. this scene could have easily been the season finale final scene. It would definatly push fans head first into next season.

well season 7 was originally going to be the last season, but because of the strike, they extended it another season. and Kristen and Michael are coming back for a handful of episodes, 6-8 i think. and its supposed to set up for clark kent's life as superman.

yeah next season Clark gets a job at the daily planet. and DOOMSDAY is coming next season. i personally would like to see the "justice League" return which they are for a few eps. I would like for perry White to return for a few eps. I do prefer the smallville story because I can relate to in better. It's the same story that my parents have grown up with but from a slightly different angle and a more modern view. i think had the show been set in the era of the first film I might not have enjoyed the show as much. and yeah the end of the series with the suit. it may sound weired but if he put that suit on midseason it would ruin the premise of the show.although who would you pick to play Bruce? Christian Bale or somebody new?

not really but off the top of my head would be Channing Tatum. Because just like with Oliver Queen you need someone who can play the hero but has that young appearance. Really I can't think of anyone who I know would be good for the role. It is a very big role and plus smallville,batman, and comic book fans have always liked a team up of superheroes. I don't think they would bring Bruce onto the show without making sure they have the right guy.
