I listened to this 1,000 times after the dissolution of an 18 year marriage. This, and "Landslide" by Fleetwood Mac and live versions later by Stevie Nicks.

It was challenging to listen to, wondering sometimes if I was just "out there running to be on the run", but in the end it was the right thing to do.

This song got me through it though, the album version with Nanci and John Prine, and the YouTube versions too.

Just heard an interview on Woman's Hour, and now I know about Nancy Griffith. Thank you BBC, I'm in love and I shall be playing a lot of Nancy Griffith from now on. She is superb.
