dude, can you please explain hoa you made your seer council? also the black flight stands. im starting a jetbike army and i want a seer council so smash things up ive heard they are unstoppable so im looking for ward to playing it. any advice on lists? should i include fire dragons in a falcon, or dire avengers in a serpant? any advice is very very much apperciated

Gardians on jet bikes count as troop choices, they cost more points than normal that is all. You can also put the hq on jet bikes for more points. Makes them move faster and more durable.
