One of my favorites, Rob! I wish I could add your piano into my video of this song! (it was my wedding song, by the way, but I won't say what year!....lol!). A wonderful arrangement! <3 Babs
@TruePiano1 Oh that. Well that is the first thing I learned to do when I learned to play the piano. However I am still far from the stage that I can just look at the sheets and play the song. I am not getting there anytime soon, plus I do more songs by ear lately, rather than by sheet. Cheers :)
@raicho20 Okay Martin I have a confession. I'm not very good at sight reading. When I started to play I memorized everything rather than read. So I don't really practice what I preach. But I still go ahead and preach!(LOL)
@TruePiano1 My dad is kind of like you, except he's not a teacher. :D
And I do as you do. I read once so that I know what I'm doing and after a couple of times playing it I had memorized it. It is a faster way of learning it, but the downside is, that I'm not that good with sheets, so if I misread it I have a giant problem with fixing it after that, because I have already memorized it. That is never a good thing, is it?
Beautiful composition, cover and recording dear Rob. Fantastic work!

@babs4TLove Hey Babs, I played this accompaniment while my step-son sang it to his at his wedding. I can give you that year: 2,009. Ha! Ha!

@raicho20 Thanks Nick. How are you making out with the sight reading? Cheers, Rob.

@TruePiano1 I am sorry but i don't know what you mean by sight reading. My first language is not English :)

@raicho20 Hello Martin. By sight reading I mean the ability to read from piano sheet music. Cheers, Rob.

@raicho20 Well it would be better if you could have some reading ability. In the end you would learn your pieces faster.
