Honestly, some of you need to shut up because this guy knows what he's doing. This is a practice on getting over AA. He wasn't trying to pick-up anyone, it's putting his mind in the right social frame so he can get social confidence. It's just practice and getting over his AA, this is a great drill. I'm a PUA myself, he's using canned material which isn't bad at all, she won't be weirded out.
Ok so it's to get over AA, but there were plenty of sets he could have still attemped legitimately and even in practice i would never walk the same pace as a woman that is on the go, he seemed needy and the point of practicing anxiety should be to put yourself in a realistic situation doing realistic things. Walking alongside moving targets is just...i wouldn't do it. Demonstrates lower value.

No I dig his criticism. A title that says "9 PICKUPS - 10 minutes!!" makes it seem like this guy is going to show the viewer of this video how to do it. This is like the equivalent of watching a beginning guitarist practicing scales. Good for him but no reason to post it.
