  • Excellent video, this will be of use to my students, Thanks Best, Songbay

  • @Songbayteam Thank you! I appreciate it.

  • I'm learning!!

  • Fast, useful lesson. Speed was alright by me. Fast is good. You can always play it again if you don't get it first time.

  • I - Tonic

    II - Supertonic

    III - Mediant

    IV - Subdominant

    V - Dominant

    VI - Submediant

    VII - Leading Note

  • Wow...Just what I have been looking for someone who can teach in a logical fast method. I agree your teaching is not for beginners! Thank you Alot for lending us your TALENTS!!! :)

  • That chart is good. I am interested in any device that makes music easier. I have a booklet called the Chord Wheel by Jim Fleser which is excellent.

How easy would it be to create your chart in other keys, besides C ?

  • GREAT chart.

  • GREAT chart.

  • If you know even just a little music theory then this isn't hard to understand. Major Chords are based on stacked 3rds. C1-D2-E3-F4-G5-A6-B7 (C Major Scale) and a C Major chord is C=1 E=3 G=5 CEG is the ONE Chord. FAC is the 4 Chord and GBD is the 5 Chord. Just line the letters up to the numbers in this key :)

  • I want a printout of that chord sheet =]

  • wow you really need to slow down if you want anyone to learn anything from this.

  • wow great ever since president bush cut music out my school ... anyways thanks !!

  • LAY OFF THE CRANK BRO,

  • People who already know will not watch your video, and people who want to know can't follow you cause you are on speed , basically you are wasting time , go back to basics and take your time and assumed we know nothing..... thanks

  • People all you need to know is at least 3 or 4 chords on every piano or keyboard and your set thats all. There is usually only 3 or 4 chords you just need to know everytime you play or any songs you want to play. How many more chords like you really need to know more?? Nothing changes its always the same. You just need skills and rythem. But it takes lots of practice. This guy here sounds like he is doing to much talking blah, blah, blah.
