Laws that were made by human have many weaknesses and sometimes only benefited to certain people. Laws that comes from our Creator is perfect and there would no amendment until Judgment Day. For He is the one who created us and He is the one who understands how evil human can be. The main problem is the execution of the law from our Creator is weak due to our self interest. Example: Many of us tried to quit gambling but how many tycoons are willing to close their gambling operation?

A raped woman is a victim that must be treated with honor and kindness. She is not required to produce four witnesses to prove the crime done against her, nor is she punished for the crime done against her.

If you accuses someone of committing adultery than YOU need 4 eye-witnesses to prove it. It's not as easy as it sound. The four witnesses should carry a certain criteria. One of it is that they shouldn't be a fasiq (meaning keeps commiting sins) A smoker is considered fasiq.

If I have a fund of RM5000 and I keep it under my pillow, I'd be a fool. Firstly it's not safe, secondly after a year and every year thereon my fund would depreciate because one of the pillars of Islam is that I have to pay zakat and mine would fall under zakat simpanan which is 2.5% from the latest balance of my fund. I haven't even touch on inflation rate. You were the one who keep saying please enlighten me. Your question on investment is insulting mine, yours and others intelligent.

Sorry there's a CORRECTION. For zakat simpanan I must at least have a minimum fund of RM 6400 (85 gram emas) and held it for 1 year to qualify myself to pay zakat which is 2.5% from the lowest balance of the fund within that year. If I'd made a withdrawal and the fund fell to RM5000 within that year. No need to pay zakat.

I am not here to convert you. You made false accusation about Islam. Everytime I answered, it leads to another false accusation. Do you think I would want a liar as a Muslim? Islam has no problem if you're a tycoon. As long as you pay the zakat and the nature of your business doesn't involved with gambling, alcohol, prostitution and riba'(usury). If you're living in luxury with other people's tax money then there's a problem.

There is nothing wrong with investment as long as the money is invested in businesses that are allowed in Islam and there is no pre agreement on how much money one will get. Example, I give RM1000 to my buddy to open a restaurant. I may or may not get my money back plus the dividend depending on how well my buddy runs his business. If he did well he will share part of his profit with me. On the other hand if he went bankrupt, I will also lose all of my money.
