There were no accusations made by Bens parents. There was suspicion after viewing the DVD that was presented to by the Captain. There was a threat to his life 3 wks prior to his death, legitimate threats on the DVD, but its easy to blame the wife, huh? There was no such call made the night of his death from his wife; the CID could not confirm this on his phone bill, lie again? Theres conflicting information associated with his death, this was NOT SUICIDE. Correction: SGT. Griego not SPC.

If you were there when Ben was killed you know what happened- if you weren't you don't know. Parents fight for their children all the time not kill themselves especially if the wife is unfit as Ben's. I've seen a video where "friends" threatened Ben and there are many unanswered questions. If you lose a child to violent death then come tell me about loss and Ben's parents behavior. You have an opinion- that's all. You don't have a clue about the depth of their loss or what occurred.

I am extremely appauled by this. I worked for WTC with SPC Griego. He was an awesome person. I feel for the parents and their loss, but we all lost a great person. I miss Ben still! There is a lot of things that his parents are not mentioning...#1 Ben was struggling with his marriage. He caught his wife of cheating on him, and when she was caught she threatened to take his daughter from him. #2 Those soldiers that they accuse of murder...were his Best Friends.
