@xam9856 if you exclude the original aircraft from the Ace Combat series it might be a close fight, but, as soon as you throw in the originals such as the ADF-01 FALKEN and the ADFX-02 MORGAN then the hawx would be utterly destroyed, cause just those two aircraft alone can fire freaking lasers, and last I checked a laser that can sink a "one ship fleet submarine" within a bout 2.73 seconds of its 12 second firing time can easily "cut down" dozens of modern aircraft in one activation.

@Kitsugon Actually, after you get a good hang for the Falken's laser and develop a good sense to tell precisely where aircraft are relative to yourself using the radar and HUD information, you can cut down 10-16 aircraft in a furball scenario on a single activation.

When it comes to an "Apocalyptic Final Battle" theme, I'd say this is the current high mark, beating out all other songs meant for the same sort of situation with "One Winged Angel" and "Zero" from Ace Combat 0 competing for a very distant second place in my books. Add to this that the very atmosphere of the mission contributed greatly to the appropriateness of this song especially hearing the desperation in the voices of the special forces in Megalith, your wingmates in the sky and the enemy.

@Shurryy for myself, it was doing full throttle until I locked onto the first Yellow, in which I fired two normal missiles at him. He really can't dodge them. I was one of the weird ones who used the QMAA's, or whatever they are.

I almost always used the SU-37 with the forward swept wings.
