  • gee wilikers!

  • aren't you guys a bit to old to fail like this? not trying to argue with u cuss u will just yell and I would not be able to kick ur ass cuss ur behind ur computer in america:/

  • shock cord was WAYYYY too short

  • @danaownsall Thanks, If we build another one I'll keep that in mind.

  • @mcl768 Yea no problem. Rule of thumb says it should be between 2 and 3 times the length of the rocket, so for a 6' rocket I'd say around 15' worth of it.

  • where did u get the G engine?

  • @1298Jazzy hobbylinc. com/htm/aro/aro77107. htm

  • @mcl768 thanks, ill check it out, i can never find anything bigger than a E in stores. so ya i was thinking that u might have to buy it online, thanks for the help:)

  • @1298Jazzy

w8, did u buy the G71-7R RELOAD KIT or the reloadable motor system for 56$? srry, i need help:)

  • @1298Jazzy To launch you need 1 Reloadable Motor System, and as many reload kits as you want, the reloadable motor system you can use as many times as you want, the reload kits are one time use.

  • what video camera did you use?

  • @RX8fan07 On the ground we used a sony HDR-HC5 and in the air just a wireless mini cam we got on e-bay.

  • I knew that was gonna happen, uneven weight, greatly

  • Cool project! Just need a little more nose wt in the rocket when you use the shuttle.

  • @givemetoast Thanks for the suggestion, If we build something similar again I will try putting more weight in the nose.

  • EPIC FAIL! GREAT VIDEO None the less.

  • you can always use thrust to change the center of gravity. It is amazing what rocket power can do....Even around fine nerdie chicks.

  • how much did that weigh?

  • About 3.5 lbs.

  • nice

  • beautiful rocket

  • Thank you, Its too bad that the shuttle didn't work though.

  • @mcl768 it would have been epic if it did you got the center of gravity off when you put the shuttle on. try to make it a multi staged get it way up high

  • like ppl b4 me have said put a d size rocket on the shuttle, and put the control surfaces as though u wanted the nose of the shuttle to dive

  • succsesss

  • Try putting a second rocket on the shuttle and maybe you could balance out the launch, possibly a smaller one to compensate the weight.

  • your shuttle was to big at leat it gort off the ground cool keep it up /ps have a look at my shuttle

  • That was pretty cool. Couple of questions:

Where did you get the tiny camera and for how much?

What does the aerotech reloadable motor system actually allow you to do? What are its benefits over nothing?

Like I said that was really impressive - too bad the shuttle didn't work though. Thanks.

  • I got the camera from ebay, it was about $100, there are cheaper ones, but they aren't as good.

The aerotech RMS is a metal tube that you can put your fuel into, once it burns you can clean it out and put more fuel into it. The reload kits cost less than the one time use motors.

  • Very cool man :P

  • Thanks

  • That was cool. That minicam view was awesome.

  • Yes it was!

  • KIck Butt!! It was great!

  • WOW!!! just WOW

  • Thanks!
