Did you know that when the 14a was passed not a single united States State Citizen's citizenship was altered in any manner? Also, if you can't get into a Top 14 Law School, forget it, market is so saturated right now that only T14 Grads are getting jobs straight after graduation.

God they have it easy. This is what they get from a fused profession. In the UK we have a split profession. With a Solicitor and a Barrister. The solicitor has direct contact with the client and the barristern is only in contact with the solicitor except in matters of taxation being an exceptional circumstance. However i just wonder how 1 person would fair against 2 seperate roles when undertaking a case. Our barristers in the uk are some of the most melevolent people you could meet.

I don't study law but I love it and nearly did study it at uni. Yes, some students go in it for the money, but for most it's because they want to be a part of something concrete. For others, such as myself, they just found it and the history of it fascinating and want to study it with others who feel the same. What's wrong with choosing a subject that makes you happy?!

Your law school had an oath-taking ceremony? Hmm. My applications had a constitutional oath on them, which I signed. But that was it. In any case, I wasn't prepared the first time I got called on (the first day of criminal law in my first year). I will never forget the feeling of utter embarassment. Good luck, guys. After the first year -- after the first semester, actually -- it's not bad at all.
