Ok guys..I used to live in Shreveport Louisiana which is clost to there and plays host to Barksdale Airforce base in Bossier City.
I havent lived in Louisiana since Novenber of 2007 but I have see this before in South Shreveport several times between 1996 and 2007. Again in North Desoto Parish in late evening at dusk and this is no plane..It seems to favor missle base road also in South Caddo parish.

The newscasters just make you cringe to watch them! As for the video, the old bloke says its a plane but then says planes can't hover so he contridicts himself! In my opion its hard to tell but id say 80% its a UFO.
i just listened again, enthusiast says it's a twin engine prop plane "definately" even though it's too dark for him to know what kind for sure. Expert they gave vid to says definately not a blimp. A 2nd eye-witness would be nice, but my guess is anti-grav or classified. Not enough info.
