  • Hey Crabman

  • Actually Stanely is in nearly almost everyone of these Rubberband Man commercials. Wikipedia mentioned it under Leslie David Baker (the guy who plays Stanley) as being in these commercials. So I sought out to see if it was the case, and sure enough!

  • Stanley the Manly!

  • haha I just noticed that Stanley from The Office is in this.

  • @GBPackers3224 leslie david baker certainly has a lot of media experience. haha

  • Hey Earl - Hey crabMan

  • at 00:27 keep an eye out for NBC sitcom comrade of his - Stanley from The Office.

  • Hey Crabman!

  • Poor guy.. he lost his ball..

  • When did this air?

  • I remember this ad right after Christmas 2004. During the holidays that year the Rubberband Man ad was made into a Rankin/Bass claymation type commercial.

  • That was tooo funny!!!

  • HILARIOUS

  • is that crabman from My Name is Earl?

  • oh man i love the pencils in the coffee, i laughed so hard. lol

  • Hey i didn't know snoop dog Did oofice max...

  • I cried during this. I can't believe he lost his ball. But thank God he found it.

  • lol...yea

  • Hey, the African-American fellow blowing his nose 27 seconds into the clip is Stanley from The Office! Who'da thunk that some day he'd end up on that show and The Rubberband Man would be on My Name Is Earl?

    Fantastic.

  • haha...yeah, i noticed that too. i like both them shows...them shows are fantabulous.

  • You said African-American you racist! What if he was British, huh? And do all black people come from Africa? I don't think so. Racist. =D

  • I would agree that so-called "political correctness" has gotten out of hand and is more insensitive than the language it seeks to replace. "African-American" is merely a euphemism for "black" that we've been programmed to apply to *anyone* with dark skin, regardless of their ancestry. That said, the actor (Leslie David Baker) is from Chicago, and I don't know about you, but the way he blew his nose there *clearly* had an air of post-modern American mores.

...and, yes, I know you were kidding.

  • dude wth? he just said african american u don't know if there black also.

  • In english?

  • PC correctness has gotten way to outta hand.

  • yay!! lol

  • I can now sleep happy knowing he found his rubber band ball!
