At first I used samples for it (not sampled from any of pakito's work though) but later had fun with Fruity's 3xOsc's, since it was kind of obvious that the synth is based on a sawtooth waveform. It's not too complicated to make, in my case it needed some tiny EQ work, adding (in this example) bad quality reverb/delay/lp &hp filters.

You can use Spyro's FL Benassi tutorial as a starting point.
