  • Raw food diet is not the way to go. First it is incredibly difficult to follow for obvious reasons. Second, how healthy you are is based a lot on what you eat, but some of it is genetics, by some I mean a large part. Next, eating in moderation is the best way of eating. It is alright to eat meat, and fish, and eggs and dairy. Anything is good as long as it is in moderation. BTW of course you lost weight, switching to vegetarian will make you loose weight like crazy too.

  • halo reach is better than this

  • Let me get this straight........ Your sugar was 400 something and you blame MEAT for your heart attack?

    What a misinformed asshole........

    ANTHONY COLPO - GOOGLE HIM

  • Dear Anthony,

I am sorry you feel that way, I still love you. The Doctor in ICU said that I had excessive fat surrounding the pancreas preventing insolin from being utilized. So, all of this relates to too much meat eating, causing the diabeties, and BOTH contributed to the heart attack. Anthony, do you agree? Or do you have other scientific evidence for all of us?

    In His service,

    Karl Alan

  • @fatlies

What a horrible mouth you have, which your horrible evil mind operates. Mr. Alan is a very nice man and if you don't agree with him why do you bother to come here and start trouble with everyone. People that use curse words - they're those that are known to not have any intelligence. The devil makes idiots.

  • Smash those idols! Seriously, smashing is the only answer! :-) May you be blessed Paul and Carl.

  • Blessings

  • Great vid,

    thanks for sharing!

  • Thank you so much for this, Paul. Carl truly rocks!! Even though I am of a different religion than you and Carl, I do truly believe that faith and spiritual healing is crucial part of overall healing. Spirituality was very important in my healing. Bless you both! P.S....Still love the beard, Paul! :)

  • I am curious what the mainstream doctors said about his amazing miracles?

  • I truly believe in the power of healing from a raw whole foods lifestyle.

The food alone does not heal you.

You need to have some kind of spiritual belief also.

My story is no comparison to Carl's.

  • Carl is the real deal and every time I have met him has looked better than the last. He just might make me turn from the dark side to the power of the RAW.

  • Amazing!!!!!!

  • very inspiring!!!

  • Great post! My GF's mother was diagnosed with stage IV cancer in May of last year. Today she is cancer free, all do to a raw vegan diet and juice feast!

    This stuff works!

  • Everyone, look into metabolic typing diet before you plan on going on the raw food vegetarian/vegan diet. I learned the hard way lol.

  • mee tooo!!

  • I studied on metabolic typing at the same time I studied raw food. I saw a lot of people that eat only vegan and were doing pretty well, but my body seems to need some animal fats to function properly.

I do feel that all the information that is coming from the raw vegan movement is incredibly valuable, because of it's power to clean and heal the most difficult diseases.

I now eat a low carbohydrate menu, thanks to the metabolic typing information.

  • And I eat something raw with every meal, eat raw greens every day and use the lowest possible heat when I do cook something.

I eat raw fish and egg yolks as well and I feel those raw animal foods help to improve health and conciousness, just as the raw plant foods do.

I find that when I eat more carbohydrates than I need, I get hungry when my stomach is still full from the last meal and get uncomfortably hungry when I wake up.

  • oh absolutely! I am so grateful to have learned about the raw lifestyle. Juicing, food combining, nutrition, superfoods etc... There are many things that I have learned from raw food advocates that I've incorporated into my life. However, when I was on the low fat fruitarian diet I got weak and sick and my digestive system became a wreck! When I added good quality proteins and animal fats back into my diet I felt so much stronger, balanced, and rejuvenated!

All about balance I guess :)

  • We all need protein and that can come from Nuts, Seeds, Alfalfa and many wonderful plants. It has been shown that a good fasting on the lemonade diet works wonders. I use molasses.

    Karl Alan

  • I'll look into alfalfa! :)

    Oh and talking about molasses...!

I tried some for the first time last week because I'm actually doing my own tweaked version of the master cleanse and I've been drinking lemonade with blackstrap molasses instead of maple syrup. It was nasty at first but now I looove it. It keeps me more grounded than maple syrup. Definitely not going back to maple syrup anymore.

  • his is an excellent video

  • Carl is the Biggest Winner!!! Awesome!

  • Hi Mr. Nison, I know you do not advocate raw chocolate but what is the difference between cacao and carob. I've heard cacao is the bad stuff because it over stimulates you and I have heard carob is ok. Thanks!

  • inspirational

  • What type of oatmeal was he eating for that seven days? Thank you for this video!

  • Paul, did he undergo any chemo or radiation for his cancer?
