I think this was the turning point for Steph. Throughout the first season she's written as a total cow (the whole Election/Voulagate thing, going on shabby towards Arthur, etc) but this where the writers endear her to us.

funny that they had a boiler room back then..and still have one now wow. degrassi hasn't changed. and it feels like sometimes they repeat the same shows but then mix it up
degrassi is one of the greatest tv shows ever..i grew up in canada and the rereuns would come on just be4 supper in the evening and i saw every episode lol (except schools out!). i didnt appreciate it the same then as i do now, now i think of where i was or how i was feeling when i saw the episodes. its truely worth watching every episode, the characters will grow on you so much...alot of other coool people loved degrassi too..kevin smith who appeared in the next generation and drake too ;P

Stephanie and I are going through something similar I'm sick of my mom's boyfriend taking up so much of my and my mom's life. It makes me sad and frustrated sometimes and I have become depressed before. I can empathize with Steph.
Man Stephanie is a real bitch of a character. Every episode she has a storyline in she is pouting and whining worrying about no one but herself. She is manipulative and stuck up too. I'm glad I didn't watch this show as a younger kid; she is a horrible role model for someone who is supposed to be grade 8's it girl.
