@DennisGermanyPapenbu go to thesims3.com one of their main things should be the conservation package that is free. Download it, if it doesn't do anything go into your game and access the 'store' (place to buy/download stuff for sims) and go to recent downloads I think and download it there! :o) hope this helps!
