  • Thats a fine collection there man.

  • Old Liquors is worlds largest collection of rare and historic liquors. We have over 5.000 bottles of exclusive cognac, armagnac, whisky, port and many others! See our channel for our collection.

  • BEAUTIFUL ! :)

liquorcollection.byethost16 type it into the search on google and connected to our home ... x)

  • the yamazaki 18 is the best drink you have

  • @frezmorti,

Wooo, that's a bold claim! The Yamazaki 18 is an excellent pour but not my "best." Right off the top of my head, I think the Lagavulin21, Chivas Royal Salute 38, Hirsch 16 & the British Royal Navy Imperial Rum would also agree ;)

    Cheers!

  • @LiquorHound Sweet collection ! Do you have any British favourites? :D

  • @TaNkSaLoT100,

I know Penderyn has some really nice bottles but I've never owned any. Do you have any British spirit recommendations?

  • Amazing man, I just hope one day I can amass such an extensive and impressive collection!!

  • @chucky507,

Thanks! I know you can do it since I started this whole thing with just a couple bottles. My best advice to anyone is take it slow and do some research before you head to the store. I've always tried to select quality spirits (especially when my collection was just starting out). Remember, if you're only going to have one or two bottles, they don't have to cost an arm and a leg but they need to be high quality.

    Cheers!

  • Hey swedish vodka! Best in the world, ey?

  • @StarskySTARS,

Well I'd have to do another blind taste test to verify that, but I can say that it is pretty tasty!

    Cheers!

  • When I buy something, I drink it....

  • @neuroleptika,

That's what most do. Thanks for sharing.

    Cheers!

  • Nice im getting thirsty just watching

  • I wanna be your best friend

  • Great collection.

  • Thank you! It's been a lot of fun (though sometimes exhausting) getting my collection to this point.

Glad you all can share in it.

    Cheers!

  • Very nice collection. I've been collecting for just over one year and now have about 120 bottles.

  • @Vicbartender1990,

That’s what I call getting off to a great start! Just remember not to blow your entire retirement ;)

    Cheers!

  • @LiquorHound Oh don't worry. I started saving for my retirement when I was 16, my savings vastly out weights my liquor cabinet. But then again what is the saying...."Diversify your portfolio." I consider my unopened bottles a bit of an investment as well. I'm really enjoying your videos LiquorHound. Love to hear someone as passionate as I am just take about there love of spirits.

  • If you don't mind me asking, how much money have you invested?

  • @vatoloco826,

You’re the second person to ask me that (Jimbeam1029 was the first). It’s hard to give an exact value since many bottles are just irreplaceable. So I’ll just basically repeat the answer I gave before, “If I were to have to start my collection all over today, I'd save myself the time and trouble of all that searching and just buy a new ZR1 Corvette (or an Audi R8) & throw a few bottles of cheap booze in the trunk” ;)

    Cheers!

  • please tell me you secured that shelf into wall studs. i have to hide my special bottles from my wife and sister or else they will become mixed drinks.

  • I began collecting single malt whisky over a year ago. It does get addictive. But its fun and collecting the rare ones is a treat

  • Impressive. Keep it going. I myself have a collection of 52 bottles of scotch, it does get addictive!!

  • What a great collection, you would put a great bar to shame.

  • A teenager's dream

  • @froznmango,

That's funny! With all the bottles my friend and I refilled when we were young, I'm sure if I had teens in the house I'd just have one big tea collection.

    - Cheers!

  • sweet collection dude..i got a pretty nice one myself...76 bottles...all mine are just leftovers from parties...but damn man pretty impressive having all of them UNOPENED...haha that shit wouldnt last at my house i host a lot of parties

  • AWESOME. AND you have Ransom gin!!! I new discovery for me... put it on an inch cube with an orange slice, great sipper

  • @jazzpsalti,

We just recently started getting this here in Texas. It is hands down one of my favorites in my entire bar. Since not every liquor store carries it, you still have to search around but I found an easier way is to email/call the Texas distributor directly and they'll tell you the nearest store/bar that has it (Hear Hear Wines). It makes any gin cocktail better & can even substitute in most bourbon recipes. Try a Ransom "Old Fashioned", that's my favorite!

  • my goodness! How do you choose what to drink? I fear I may be headed in that direction. I started out wanted just a 'full bar' with the standard items. It has lead to my 45 different bottles of Spirits in just 6 months. My wife is livid and has more than once threatened to pour them down the sink. I hope that day never comes because, like you, I have several rare bottles that took quite some personal efforts and funds to acquire.

  • @falcon048,

    And so it begins…

Yep, those are definitely the early symptoms of the disease :)

Congratulations on your rare finds. Just try & make sure you don’t cross that fine line & end up drinking them from the pea trap. Of course, I’ve been in the dog house many times myself for a treasure or two, so try knocking out a few of those honey do’s & lay low for a while (or at least until the next billing cycle) :)

    Cheers!

  • an earthquake would be your worst enemy!!!

  • Thats amazing! how much money is in all that liquor???

  • @Jimbeam1029,

That's a question my wife doesn't like to think about very much ;) But I actually do keep a very detailed spreadsheet on all my bottles. It includes (among many things) the minimum & maximum replacement values of each bottle & the entire collection. Let’s just say that if I were to have to replicate my collection today, I'd save myself the trouble of all that searching & just buy a ZR1 Corvette & throw a few bottles of cheap booze in the trunk :)

    Cheers!

  • hahah very good man! Thats a few quit worth of liqour!

  • Thank you for all the kind words. I'm glad to see there's others out there with the same sickness. I do apologize for the delay on the last few videos but I'll get to them very soon.

    - Cheers
