  • Just remember to listen to your body. And don't let it rush you. Try my relaxation breathing whenever you're in any situation which makes you feel rushed. Just slow down, breathe and you'll be fine.

  • Dr Farrell you are right about the rushing and sending a signal to your body to speed up. I just played in a golf match and was 3 up and suddenly i hooked a Tee shot and my response was to speed up. my routine and swing got faster and faster. i lost then next 6 holes and the match. i like what you are saying and will buy your books! thank you
