Yes your right but elevator filmers need to know the elevators technical specs as well being a good videoographer.
Also, was the up arrow on the lantern green or white?

The up arrow was white.
That's interesting, since Monitor Controls uses green up/red down as the standard color arrangement for their lanterns.
Nice elevator, and it's interesting how Monitor Controls fixture look very much like Epco fixtures.
Yes it is a nice elevator because it was smooth, quiet, well lit and I believe the wood was real. Well Monitor Controls dont really look like Epco to me but the call buton looks like the same panel as an Epco INCHline button would be on.
