hj- legs need to be snapped faster they look lazy
lj- take off is good, landing needs improvement. get your thighs closer to ur chest and hold longer.
disk- u lose power by not holding ur momentum through ur spin. if u watch it slowly you decelerate before the release
hurdles- arms arms arms! keet them tighter to ur body, especially the back arm
blocks- raise ur start position a bit more
