I was born and raised in Northern Minnesota and after watching your vid I thought I'd lend a little credibility to your situational vid. I used to spend alot of time outdoors in winter. Building a snow "fort" dugout to stop and eat lunch in or just warm up is a life saver. Your depiction has real merit! Ask anyone who has lived in those climates, great vid! @MOUNTAINOUS Up here in Northern BC, back when they were hard to get, they were selling for $400 or more a pair. One of the best things is that if you fall through some ice, and into water, you just take them off, pour out the water, and put em back on. Good to go, toasty warm.

Great short movie. The music works well and the titles and credits look professional. I hope sometime you will string together about 20 such vids to make a real, full length movie. @DanBowenTV thanks. i made a ledge to step over to get into it and hand did the sides so that it is a smaller opening and bigger inside. tonight it will freeze and then i can shape some more. i might camp in it. i am gonna do a winter camp where i go where i pick huckleberries. snowshoe in if i get them. i got ski poles for hiking and alice pack with mummy bag, foam pad, head lanterns, other tactical lights, all fire making tools and start with spark in winter with wood i make teather sticks etc
