The location of this place is Concession Rd 8, Pickering, Ontario. Its just to the left of Balsam Rd. I drove by a few years ago and it was up for sale.

What an extremely odd set up for a bathroom. Its absolutely huge and very weirdly placed. Everything is on one side and nothing on the other. The roon is so big that there is this desert of free space in the middle. Gah what architect could have they had hired!!.

look at the room at 0:27 i think they put the back wall (with the arches) in after, the left window is right up against the wall, and the right window has a good 500mm to the opposite wall. Owners probably ran out of money trying to finish it, theres no architrave, skirting or anything. Shame, coul have been a nice house. Any more news on it?

That is a McMansion. Look at the cheap quality construction and materials. Chinese Granite tile, cheap wood, massproduced cheap wood siding etc. Cheap doors and materials, carpet etc... The Architecture screams cookie cutter, McDesign. Some Fake Rich borrowed more than they could so they can live in a Fake mansion. The bubble popped and they are probably back living in the trailer park.

You know, it's possible that the prior occupants thought the place was haunted so they left very quickly, thus many of the items, equipment and furniture seen here. Not even kidding. I've seen that sort of thing happen quite a bit. Regardless though this is very bizarre. Abandoned buildings have always fascinated me but this is creepy. I'd like to know the story behind it.

this mold damage was quite invasive. No way to removed it 100%. It was actually in the drywall. The previous owners got real sick. The guy who lived there suffered neurological tissue damage which caused memory loss (and many other things).....which resulted in him losing his job at a nearby financial institution.. his wife and kids only suffered from minor health issues.

This is probably a house under construction or probably the owner could not afford to complete it or the builder backed out or something along those lines. It looks like all it needs are finishings and trims around the doors and what not. Preety posh if you ask me it's even got an asswasher ;).
