  • На 4.01 секунде я понял насколько много интеллекта в этих глазах

  • viet nam!!!!!

  • What a dream match, people say Silva vs. GSP would be a superfight, this is a SUPERFIGHT

  • VIETNAMESE CUNG LE FOREVERRRRRRRRR

  • cung le is vietnam

  • First time I actually like the showmanship by both fighters. It showed a bit of class unlike Anderson Silva fights...

  • cant believe thoses fuckers are booing Cung le!

  • Hey, is Frank Mexican?

  • @99percentatheist no hes irish the last name shamrock gives it gives it away

  • @99percentatheist yeah hes mexican but i think people dont really think he is cause he doesnt have a lot of mexican facial features and he doesnt really up lift mexican patriotism like other mexican or mexican americans. his real name is francisco juarez!!!

  • @94319interpol Frank Shamrock has Mexican and Native American ancestry. The Amerindian features are obvious to me. Frank was adopted and came from a broken family. I don't know what his relationship is with his birth family now but it wasn't good growing up.

  • @MysticNinjaJay yeah i know that part of his past. its funny because natives from mexico arent acknowledged as natives but are called indigenous. and there are some mexicans like frank that dont look mexican. i know this cause im a big frank shoamrock fan.

  • @94319interpol purely out of curiosity, how would a mexican american go about uplifting patriotism? Would it be nationalism in support of the US or Mexico? Could Canada be a dark horse contender? Why did I spend time typing any of this when I have a job and work to do? Can I bang that hot chick I was talking to like a week back whose number I got but I also got a sort of weird vibe off of? If you could answer any or none of those questions I would feel indifferent. Thank you.

  • @DaveXRubicon A Mexican-American can celebrate their Mexican heritage while being patriotic and loyal to America. If Italian-Americans can do that surely Mexican-Americans can.

  • @MysticNinjaJay

I totally agree. i was simply poking fun at the use of the term patriotism there. It seems that your answer to that question would actually be "a mexican american would enhance patriotism in the United States in his community", While this can certainly be true, it does preclude strong nationalist sentiment towards Mexico as a country. I'm not a corn fed Iowa farm boy myself, believe me, I'm well aware of the loyalty and contributions of immigrants to the US.

  • @DaveXRubicon You do have serious tension with some Mexican immigrants involved with the Chicano movement who see Mexican immigration as a reclaiming of the American west that they feel was stolen by the Unites States. There are racial and ethnic Nationalist out there who don't want a unified country. They only what America for their select group of people. Those are bigots and not patriots. But I think you can celebrate your ethnic heritage and love your country.

  • Well I'd imagine it would be pretty tough to do something as intrinsically impossible as hold strong nationalist sentiment for 2 distinct nation states (with a history of mutual distrust and war to boot), so..yeah, it sounds like we're agreeing to agree right up until you say (correctly in my view) that you can love your country and celebrate your heritage, but then don't add on to the end that you can't do the aforementioned if you see a state (Mexico) as indistinct from an ethnic identity.

  • @MysticNinjaJay and while not the right minority to be particularly concerned about the arguments put forward by the Chicano movement (too busy watching Israel sink itself with political correctness), I can certainly acknowledge that the reason they say the US stole those states from Mexico is largely because the US stole those states from Mexico. I think Zachary Taylor went on record after the war saying it was the most disgraceful thing the US had done to that point in our history. Go giants

  • @DaveXRubicon it doesnt matter if a mexican or a mexican american fighter "uplifts" its heritage or how he goes about doing it. i only mentioned that frank doesnt do it very often.......Sleep Paralysis, Smile Dog.jpg, Howard Stern, Chuck Norris, reverse gravitational propulsion systems, batista is watching you masterbate!!!, True Widow-Jackyl, "how much wood would a wood chuck chuck if a wood chuck could chuck wood", i pEE on the side of The toilet to make less noise!!!!

  • fight starts at 5:15

  • SHamrock kinda look like Tong Po without the Pony Tail.

  • Cung was much better condition on this fight

What was he thinking maybe axe murder is his last fight

  • such an entertaining fight

  • Cung Lee such a briliant martial artist livin proof that a martial arts actor can fight in the ring and cage to . with his briliant old schoool side-kicks ..

Spinning back kicks kung fu type kicks i just love it ..

War lee i hope you finish wanderlei silva in your next fight

  • cung le has approven so much now! be afraid!!!!! be very afraid!

  • why wouldnt you stand up against cung le, thats just FUCKIGNS TUPID

  • I dont know what you people are talking about but Cung Le is way too small to fight with Anderson Silva. The reach for Silva is crazy he would pick Cung Le apart and punish him until he either falls out or the ref stopped it

  • what i like is they love the fight lol

  • Frank is a legend, and much more class than his brother.

  • wtf is this linked to "cartier love stories"!?

  • Cung Le vs Anderson Silva now.

i wanna see the fight, both stand up fighter.

  • @AsurasWrath I've wanted to see it for years. When Cung Le went Hollywood I pretty much gave up on it.

I don't know how much he has left at 39. He's in great shape at his age and not too much older than Anderson Silva but he's been so inactive. If he gets 2 or 3 wins in the UFC they should make this fight.

  • @MysticNinjaJay i imagine that if he won against wanderlei, dana would go ahead and make the fight, before either of em get any older

  • @MysticNinjaJay I would love to see this fight but it's unlikely to ever happen now. Watch Cung's fight with Wanderlei Silva and you'll see what I mean. If he couldn't beat an aging and downhill Wanderlei I don't know how much of a career he'll have in the UFC. They might throw him a couple of creampuffs to fight to appease the fans, but outside of that I don't see much of a future for him there. This is assuming he wants to come back instead of making more movies for more money.

  • @hmmmmm12 I think Wanderlei has alot my fight in him than people think. Cung Le is nearly 40. He will probably retire. He simply cannot do movies and fighting at the same time. If he is serious about competing in the UFC and trying to get a belt he must be 100% dedicated to it for the remainder of his career. He has to put the Martial Arts movies on hold and commit himself to MMA to get anywhere in the UFC. Otherwise just retire and stick to movies.

  • @MysticNinjaJay Do you think it will be a rematch or do you know anything about a rematch with wanderlei??

  • @elchacal31 I very much doubt that there will be a rematch. So far there's no word on whether Cung will fight in the UFC again or not.

  • @MysticNinjaJay ): so bad i would actually like to see Cung beating wanderlei, it was so painful to me watching Cung's broken nose

  • ... so funny when he does the "sleep"...

  • Cant believe my cuzin was in the same martial arts class an they sparred to but my cuzin got tko by him

  • @jprime1011 lol cool, how is your cousin doing since then

  • Go Cung!

  • Well, the value of the Strikeforce argument(grounded opponent rules) for this particular matchup is a totaly irrevelant affirmation only because this match wouldnt be much different than this in a Ufc settings.

  • Damn! How it happen that i am mma fan and i didnt known Cung Lee... so shame, I watched first fight of Cung Lee and now he is one of my favorite fighters, tomorrow i will watch his all fights.

  • im pretty sure cung would look good if he was a welterweight ??

  • my favorite fighter=Cung Le....my best fighter=Cung Le

  • frank shamrock is a beast!!!!!!!!!

  • No Elbows & Forearms To A Grounded Foe's Head??? LMAO! & Some Folks Always Wonder Why SF Is Rarely Ever Taken Seriously.

Still, Cung Le Is 1 Of The Very Few Reasons I Bothered Watching SF. Been A Fan Of His Since His Sanshou Days. So Thrilled He's Finally Coming To UFC & Making His Debut Against Vitor, No Less. Hope The Long Layoff Doesn't End Up Hurting His Chances.

  • @DragonHeart613 now its wanderlei silva fighting him

  • Fight starts @ 05:15, if u wanna cut d crap...

  • kun lee...wow

  • shamrock was so cocky, he didnt see his loss coming...

  • Frank Shamrock makes me sick.shot.

  • im here just to insult gus johnson the idiot

  • 3:20 Americans waving flag of The Republic of Vietnam

  • What is the music track at 00:01 to 00:23 called? Does anyone know?

  • UFC is such a fuckin hating ass nazi organization. They are going around the world buying other MMA organizations just to close them down... All of that negotiation is the base and cause of jealousy... They want to eliminate other MMA production but in return give us these shitty ass boring fights ?... I just really really hate american rednecks and their insecure slut ego

  • Shamrock was way past his prime but I'm sure that Cung has peaked too so it's a hard one to judge

  • @blackblues1984 They were the same age when this fight took place. Cung Le has been in combat sports as long as Frank Shamrock if not longer and Shamrock has more experience in MMA so I think it's a pretty even fight. Shamrock was not washed up. Just because his glory days were behind him doesn't mean he wasn't still a good fighter or as good as he was 10 years prior. I think his striking here was actually better than it was when he competed in the UFC. And he is still in great shape.

  • @MysticNinjaJay cung le vs vitor belfort at ufc 139

  • @matrixlone Totally Rooting For Cung Le. One Of The Few Reasons I Ever Bothered Watching SF.

  • @DragonHeart613 I heard hes fighting wandy now.

  • @MysticNinjaJay He should fight until he's 40. Ken needs to stop tho.

  • @MysticNinjaJay Frank shamrock has been figthing longer than cung le, aswell figting in a much tougher sport. Handling weigth changes and cuts, and fighting with a torn acl frank was not in top form without doubt where as where he was in his prime 7-10 years ago.

Cung le has fought in american kickboxing events, not even competing internationally or needing to handle weight change.

Frank stands with Cung to hype SF up cuz he is one of the owners. if he took Cung down and own him the ground GG.

  • @1darkstarry9f8wasmy7

is that why 2 of the 3 announcers said cung le was a better wrestler?

  • @Chrisfathead so who are the announcers, goldberg? lol at what time did they really say cung is a better wrestler. lol omg your stupid.

  • @1darkstarry9f8wasmy7 They did say that at some point in the fight. Frank Shamrock himself has admitted that he was never able to take Cung Le down in sparring. Cung was an All-American wrestler in high school and college as well as a Junior College State wrestling champ. Cung has also competed in Judo and San Shou which allows throws. Shamrock has a catch wrestling background. His style focuses mainly on submissions rather than grappling for dominant position like amateur wrestlers.

  • @1darkstarry9f8wasmy7 Frank tried to take Cung down at least 2 times but FAILED. People (ie, the Haters aka LOSERS) forget that Cung has great wrestling skills. That's why Frank couldnt take Cung down.

  • @cymsnhll frank had a torn acl, note the time frank fully commited for a real take down, i think we know who the dick suckers are :(

  • @1darkstarry9f8wasmy7 yup, YOU are LMAO! Seems @MysticNinjaJay and @gusimoes agree with me.

btw, how does it feel to suck your daddy's tiny 1 inch dick LMAO!

  • @1darkstarry9f8wasmy7 He was the defending champion... There is no prime in fighting...

  • @gusimoes lol you have obviously a very minimal knowledge in fighting. when did you become a fan 2 3 years ago?

  • @1darkstarry9f8wasmy7 I'm just saying, if you are willing to step on the cage you are confident you can win, you don't go there to get your ass beaten, in a fight anything can happen that's why I said there's no prime, if an old man beat your ass, are you gonna say he is in his prime that's why you lost?

  • @MysticNinjaJay Diaz made a mockery of him, at 10 years his junior. He showed that shamrock has definitely peaked and fallen.

  • @MysticNinjaJay hey, do u have the video of cung vs arne sodewel or something like that? and was it mike garrett? back in 1999? please let me know. thanks

  • @blackblues1984 Frank was not washed up, he was the middleweight champ when they fought for goodness sakes.

  • I would say that Frank was past his prime.. but actually, both Frank and Cung were born in 1972. So, age is really no excuse as to why Frank lost this fight...

  • One of the best fights I've ever seen. The Battle of San Jose.

  • i really hate that strikeforce was purchased by effin "zuffa'. i'm sure it''ll be gone soon.. On the upside , it'd be nice if the UFC fired 'Goldie" and replaced him with the guy commentating on here... whatever his name is .. ha

  • in my opinion, the way strikeforce presents their events are wayyyyyyyy better than UFC.

  • Why is Shamrock pushing his fist or open palm against that of cung le sometimes?

  • chinese sanda is the best.
