  • Amazing. I have alwas been really stiff in in my calfes and little ankle mobility. But after this I noticed sudden improvment I would have never expected. I could squat easily without lifting my heal up. and my ankles felt more loose and soft. Great video.

  • @lommelykt23 Could you explain how you did it? if you stretched besides this or maybe some other things? Because my ankles are really tight and have very poor ankle mobility and I really want to improve it.

  • best video i've ever seen, i've got arthritis, in one of my ankles mainly, i've always struggled with mobility, only recently being able to put my heel down when walking normally. i've been to all sorts of specialists, from physio's chiropractors to consultant doctors and no one has ever explanained or demonstrated this so well. Thankyou.

  • I've recommended this to at least five people...those who tried it all say it resolved major issues not only with ankle mobility but with knee/hip/shin pain. Great work.
