When people lie all the time, at a certain point rational people just stop listening to them and turn to more reliable sources of accurate information.

Holder and Obama have chosen to cover the Bush administration's ass, because they've continued many of the same illegal practices. If they had the balls to actually uphold the law, Bush and Cheney would be running away to their safehouses outside the country.
Many of the e-mails were said to still be missing. They said they can not retrieve all of them due to lack of funding.
Let us pay attention to the fact though that President Obama has shown the same level of transparency as the Bush administration. I do not expect any of this information to be made public.

I could see spending 20 million to recover 2 million emails, compared to other government expenditures this seems cheap to me?

Ah, they have complete control now. They dominate in the House of Reps. If all the dems vote in favor of something in the house, it is passed even if every single Republican votes against.. In the Senate they have 60 democrats. So if every single dems votes for something it is passed. The democrats simply cannot govern and have no new idea's. That is why they cannot pass anything. Socialized medicine is old. Everything they want is old and has been tried and failed. LOL...
EVEN if the credible sources tell us things we don't want to hear.
That's another obligation we have: being honest with ourselves.
