Phil sounds awesome. I remember the tour he's talking about - we spoke with them in Pittsburgh (New Titans on the Bloc tour back in 1991, I think). Great guys. Wiley headbanged with us during Sick Of It All's set, and Andreas from Sepultura got hammered with us before the show.
