Hey guys i just bought the jvc everio gz-mg645 which is the 60gb version but it also comes with a jvc docking station which the older models dont, so only the 645 comes with the dock and i would highly reccomend it i love it, its an awsome camera and i have no regrets. But does anyone know of any video editing software that works with it ....??? help please
We've contacted JVC and they reported that all the newer software works easily. Pinnacle, Magix, Correl and more. Mac users need to use iMovie 08 or higher. If you are trying to use older software, try having your computer connected to the internet. Many software companies need their software to be connected the first time it is being used.
Heres a video I made, Ill post a video response. Its a tutorial on how to import and edit the videos to WMM. ONLY tutorial for it on youtube and ranked over 1300+ views. Hope this helps you guys.
File format is mp2 "mod" is part of the mp2 family. No need to convert to anything as most major editing software as well as Windows media can play this back. The Mac can do it too...as long as you have firewire out on the cam
windows movie maker does not work with it, therefore ruining any ability to edit videos unless I go out and waste more money on new editing softwares.
I have already bought Adobe Premiere Elements 7, which has proven to be a stupid disappointment. Less freedom in editing.I think.
Are you talking about the battery that came with the cam...? Try taking it back to the place you purchased it...if that does not work...the replacement battery is the BNV823US
I'm seeking help with my JVC Everio camcorder (GZ-MG155U) especially in regard to good editing software for it and associated good processing settings for YouTube uploads and usage. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! =) Also, for anyone in need of help regarding said line of Everios I have a video on my channel specifically addressing my particular unit (and those close to it). =)
I'm seeking the ideal editing software (and settings for YouTube use) for the Everio line of camcorders; if anyone can help me I'd very much appreciate it. :-)
