@jounster@Husky57887 OMG I lOVED Sharon's character in QAF! Her T-shirts!! She did make the show. I love my mom, but I sometimes wish she was a little more like Debbie. Not a Sharon moment but the Prom Dance at the end of Season 1, my favorite dance scene...ever. The scene right after that I cannot watch.
I had the honor and priviledge of meeting Sharon Gless and let me tell you, she is as gracious and as fascinating as you could ever imagine. She has such a vibrant personalily. She was also very giving of her time for any fan of her's. Sharon Gless is ONE OF A KIND! A remarkable lady to say the least!!
I met Sharon back in the '80s. I had such a crush on her. Waited until she was done filming Cagney and Lacey outside the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion. She was so very nice and was most gracious. She allowed me a photo with her which I still cherish.
I met Sharon the other day - a friend of a friend. She was gracious and welcoming...always smiling. You'll be glad to know she is every bit as personable as her characters on the screen...except prettier in real life ! Your tribute is beautiful. Thanks for sharing your talent and for recognizing someone else's beauty.
This is a great tribute. Sharon Gless has been my all time favorite actress since the first time I saw Cagney and Lacy. I think its great she has a part on the new series "Burn Notice". Thanks for the vid.
Oh, but she is! From 2000-2005, she played Debbie Novotny in the American version of the series "Queer as Folk," and right now she plays Madeline Weston on USA Network's "Burn Notice." So you can still see Sharon on the screen. :)
